Hampden Heights Park was super fun. It's a fairly big park, has a cool playground with lots of climbing structures, fields to play sports, a basketball court, and is attached to Hampden Heights Swim Club, where it looks like it's a facility that has more than just swimming, but I'm not 100%. They also had a tennis court. It has easy access- you park on the side of the road if you don't live in the neighborhood, but it's a side street so wasn't high in traffic. It was also surrounded by trees so very quiet. The kids and I had a lot of fun, and if we were ever in the area again we'd definitely stop by.

Fascinated by the barbed wire around the swim club. |
