I love going to parks. It's one of my favorite things to do. I take the kids to parks at least once a week. I thought it would be a fun goal for me and the kids to try to visit every park in Denver. According to the Parks and Rec website there are over 200. Our plan is to go to every single one- tiny neighborhood parks and the larger city parks- and then rate them based on what we like in a park. It will give us an excuse to explore Denver and get some exercise.

Paco Sanchez Park
Paco Sanchez Park is ENORMOUS! It's connected to several other parks, the Lakewood Gulch, a trail that you can walk along to get everywhere, and also the Light-rail. It's has tons of grass area to do anything you want to do. It has a playground and is also near other parks with playgrounds as well. You can play near the stream. It has a bridge which was cool to walk across. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you're nearby.
